She founded KVM Marketing in 2023 to work directly with restaurants, food and beverage brands, and hospitality organizations that need a strategic partner who understands the business from the inside.

Keri is based in Las Vegas and is active in the local hospitality and food community. She serves on the Culinary Council of Three Square Food Bank, is a member of the Nevada Restaurant Association, and is involved with Slow Food USA and the Women's Hospitality Initiative. She is also co-founder of the Judy Jane Foundation, a nonprofit supporting environmental causes, marginalized youth, and Alzheimer's research. Sustainability and community are built into how she works, not added on at the end.

Keri Valentic Moore started in food and beverage the way most people do, working the floor. From fast food to serving at Providence, a two Michelin star restaurant in Los Angeles, she learned the industry from the ground up. Culinary school deepened her understanding of food, sourcing, and the craft behind what ends up on the plate. That foundation never left her.

Her first marketing role at Whole Foods Market turned out to be the perfect intersection of everything she cared about. Nearly a decade of regional marketing, community partnerships, and sustainability-driven work shaped how she thinks about brands and the people they serve. From there, she spent five years as Senior Marketing Manager at José Andrés Group, directing marketing for ten flagship concepts including Jaleo, The Bazaar, and China Poblano, and managing hotel partnerships with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Conrad Los Angeles, and others.
